We recommend taking 2 capsules per day. We suggest taking 1 capsules before breakfast (for better absorption) and another just before bed. MFIII VP softgels are highly effective if taken on an empty stomach, in the morning. We recommend a 6-12 month treatment, in order reach maximum effect. Even after 6-12 months, this product may be taken as an effective vitamin supplement.
